Coldene Inserts are a threaded plastic block with a brass or stainless steel nut moulded inside. You measure by the internal size of the tube. The Insert will just need hammering into the leg. Once in place you just bolt the Castor or Load Foot into the Insert. Inserts are more secure than Expanders.
