Mendip castors was originally named due to it’s location at the foot of the Mendip Hills in Midsomer Norton on the out skirts of Bath.

Mendip Castors traded from the Bath area for many years supplying wheels originally for the model and toy making industries.  Large clients included toy manufactures producing learning aids for children.

The client base developed and we now also have a long history of supplying castor and wheel solutions to a wide range of industries which include automotive, agricultural, food processing, retail, military, aviation and health services.

In 2011 Mendip castors was purchased and became a division of Coldene Castors Ltd.   The vision for Mendip to this day is to work closely with clients and build long standing relationships offering a more personal service.

Supplying both national and local markets with the same attention to detail and personal service, customers range from small fabricators to large manufacturers. Our warehouse and distribution centre is well placed to provide a next day delivery service throughout the UK.
